The rise of the Internet has created a number of predictions markets. Some of them are legitimate and have substantial liquidity. Others are more theoretical, receive regulatory forbearance, and are not even pretending to be serious markets. One such market is in the blockchain space, and the number of predictions markets there is exploding. But what is it that makes a prediction market a serious market? How do they function? How do they generate significant volume and liquidity?

I was interested in investing in stocks and wanted to see how I could make a profit from the stock market. I read this newsletter and subscribed to all of the articles, and I've made several trades through their service. I recommend this newsletter to all investors. But it's not only good for investors. It also contains some excellent articles on the latest events and trends in the markets.
If you're looking for a good finance and tech newsletter, then Seriousmarkets may be the place to go. The week has been unusual, and markets still feel uneasy and unstable. I've been reading a lot of articles about Robinhood, WSB, and Gamestop lately. Alex Danco and Matt Levine have written some great articles, and the team at Serious has an impressive archive of articles.
There are also a number of blogs and message boards out there, including Yahoo! 's burgeoning message board. Google has also incorporated numerous blogs, and Facebook and MySpace play in less serious markets. Postings can be helpful or harmful depending on the knowledge and agenda of the author. Nevertheless, Zecco provides a focused audience and may eventually force larger players to reconsider their fees. And if they succeed, it will force them to offer paid content.
There are a number of serious markets online, including bitcoin and cryptocurrencies. For example, Ginger, which offers a text-to-speech product, focuses on mobile developers. The company has not yet productized its contextual search capabilities. This is another way to make money from the Internet. A successful cryptocurrency or ICO project is a good investment - but it's worth considering whether it's a Serious Market or not.
